Winter at the ranch
Winters here are tough and stunningly beautiful. One must be ready for this type of weather due to the remote location. Fuel storage tanks must be filled, vehicles maintained, food stocked up and hay stored in the barns.
But even with the cold and the snow and the daily struggle to survive, one can look across the valley and feel free, alive and full of wonder.
